The short version: Aion stores your health data on your own iPhone, not on our servers. We don't sell, share, or analyze it. We have no servers that hold your records. Your iCloud account (if you use it) syncs between your own devices — we never see any of it.
Aion is operated by Parlee Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our"). Aion is an iOS application for personal record-keeping of self-directed peptide, TRT, and GLP-1 protocols.
If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email us at [email protected].
You enter and store the following directly on your iPhone:
This data is stored locally in Aion's protected app sandbox on your device. It does not leave your phone unless iCloud sync is active (see Section 4) or you export your data to share with a healthcare provider.
If you grant permission, Aion reads body mass (weight) from Apple Health to display in your progress charts. We do not write any data back to Apple Health in this version. You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Aion.
If you purchase a premium subscription, the transaction is processed by Apple via the App Store. We use a third-party service called Adapty (see Section 5) to verify whether your subscription is active. Adapty stores an anonymous identifier and your subscription status, but receives no health information from us.
Aion does not collect, transmit, or have access to:
We do not operate any backend servers that hold your records. There is no Aion account or login.
If your iPhone is signed in to iCloud, Aion backs up and syncs your data across your own Apple devices through your private iCloud account. You can turn this off for Aion at any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud. Apple operates iCloud; we do not have access to your iCloud data. Apple's privacy practices are described at apple.com/legal/privacy.
The App Store handles all subscription purchases. Apple's terms apply. We never see your payment information.
We use Adapty to manage premium subscriptions. Adapty receives an anonymous identifier generated by the SDK, a device identifier provided by Apple (the "vendor identifier", which cannot identify you personally and cannot be linked to you across other companies' apps), your subscription status, and basic device information (model, OS version, country). Adapty does not receive any health, dose, vial, or protocol data. We have explicitly disabled Adapty's collection of your advertising identifier and your IP address. Adapty's privacy policy: adapty.io/privacy.
Aion includes no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, no crash reporting from third parties, and no marketing trackers.
Because we do not collect your in-app data, there is nothing on our servers to retain. Your data lives on your phone for as long as Aion is installed.
Open Aion and go to Settings → Delete all data. This permanently removes every dose, protocol, vial, check-in, measurement and progress photo from your iPhone, and from iCloud if sync is on, so it also clears them from your other devices. It cannot be undone — export a backup first if you might want your history back.
Uninstalling the app also removes the local database and all associated photos. If you have iCloud sync enabled, uninstalling alone does not clear the iCloud copy; remove it via iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Aion.
To delete your Adapty subscription record, contact us at [email protected] and we'll request deletion from Adapty within 30 days.
Aion is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as GDPR (EU), UK GDPR, CCPA (California), or similar. Because we do not collect your in-app data, most rights are exercised by you directly on your device (uninstalling removes everything). For the limited data Adapty holds, contact us and we will facilitate access, correction, or deletion requests.
Aion is for personal record-keeping and educational reference only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or dosing instructions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider. The reconstitution calculator converts numbers you enter — it does not recommend, validate, or advise on what to inject, when, or how much. You are responsible for verifying every value against your own protocol and your healthcare provider's guidance.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
